About Infomaven.com
Infomaven.com is the second domain of Dana Noonan, a solo Web designer located in Minneapolis. The first domain was maven.com which was sold in the mid-1990s. Maven was a perfect word for me and my work although it may have been overstating the case a bit. But I liked the puzzled looks folks displayed when hearing the term for the first time. Infomaven.com carries on the tradition of expert information with a bit of attitude.
Experience
I've been working in and around the Web for over a decade:
- Designing database-driven content-rich websites for libraries, nonprofits, and government agencies
- Developing online guides to library and government resources
- Teaching about the Net via in-person workshops and email classes
Disclosure
This is not a vanity website. Infomaven.com is a real business, albeit a microscopic one. I hope you find something of interest here. I am available for web design projects, database development, writing projects, and general Internet consulting.
